The Road Runners Club of America champions the development of community-based running clubs and events that serve runners of all ages and abilities in pursuit of health and competition.

Sippo Lake parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k run or walk held at Sippo Lake Park every Saturday at 8:00am.

Sippo Lake was the 30th parkrun in the United States and Ohio's 2nd event after Mansfield.
