The full moon on Sunday (8/22) will seal the fiery energy from Leo season that is coming to an end.
There will most definitely be a shift, as the sun enters Virgo on Monday.
This Virgo season is a time of self-improvement, healing, and good health. You may find it beneficial to focus on your eating and sleeping habits and declutter your space. Ultimately during this time, you may come to know that everything you will ever need is always within you.
Trust your instincts, and don’t be afraid to ask for help!
Watch out for: expecting too much of others and nitpicking. It’s important to remember that no one is perfect!
Pay attention to your: yourself! Hone in on your self-care regiment. Do not ignore your needs! But do so with grace and try to avoid perfectionism here as well! The chakra to focus on this month is the throat chakra; reminding us to vocalize what we want, or what we don’t want!

Asana of the Month: Fish Pose
Begin lying on your back, palms flat on the floor, elbows pressed to your side.
Inhale and lift through your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together, and arching your back. If you are comfortable, allow the weight of your head to tilt back until the crown of your head rests on the floor with your chest still lifted, allowing the throat to lengthen.
For an additional challenge feet can be in lotus (as shown below).
Breathe deeply and evenly for 5-10 rounds of breath.
Come out of the pose gently and on an exhale.
