From standing, step feet 3-4 feet apart
Inhale, lengthen spine and chest, and lift arms up into a 5 pointed star
Exhale, fold forward from the hips, place hands underneath shoulders
If you feel you can go further (without rounding the spine), place the crown of the head towards or on the mat
