Hear Comes the Equinox

The full moon on Monday, September 20 is the Harvest Moon and the last full moon of the Summer.

Beware: it may cause some sentimental feelings! It might even bring the release we need to set down some of the heavy baggage we’ve been carrying through the hot, hot months.

The Libra season begins on September 22, the same day as the Autumn Equinox, when the day and night are equal in length. This season will be a magical time for transformations, like we see in nature. It may also be an important time to recognize the balance of the energy of the universe and ourselves and the weight of the energy of our relationship with others. Are people reciprocating their energy and love with you?

Watch out for: repetitive thinking and judgmental thoughts. Your thoughts are so powerful, and ruminating can cause feelings of depression and isolation.

Pay attention to your: your heart. During the season of Libra, watch the love you send out into the world. You are very likely to receive all that love back in equal amounts. The chakra to focus on this month is the heart chakra; reminding us to LOVE.

Unblock the energy by wearing green clothes, eating green foods, or trying any of these intentions, the oil blend, or yoga pose described below:

Try setting one of these intentions:

I welcome the Fall and any transformations that may come

I feel balance in my life and within the universe

I create loving and supportive relationships

The perfect oil blend to try right now:

To open your heart chakra—

3 drops Lime

3 drops Cinnamon

3 drops Clary Sage

3 drops Geranium

3 drops Ylang Ylang
